I think that the some of the picture moving is so cool that I am going to try to learn how to do it myself. How many layers did it take for that?

Thank you for the feedback, it’s a procedure to create animated gif from a series of photo so it had lots of layers because of that, over 40. I can make a video of the process if you want. LMK.

She needs to be matched up with the environment a bit better.

You might try a LUT at the top of the stack as a way to "harmonize" all of the pieces. Or make a merged copy of everything and use a Camera Raw Filter. Although, ACR might not work if the intent is to make animation.
