Tried that, it is still there
I don't think it is related to Transformation Tool. It is something else. @wise apex

Hi, it is the transformation value. You might want to reset your Ps preferences, check the manual way: reset Photoshop’s preferences manually by dragging the preferences folder to the desktop. This way you can copy them back if it does not work: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
