Im just starting using photoshop and im trying extract a label from a product to import it to my model, and i thought the way to do it is by first correcting the product's perspective deformities and then just cutting the label as a rectangle. If this is the way to do it please help me to perform it i will be so grateful, if ist not, im open to suggestions. Thanks :)

There is a lens correction filter in Photoshop (you'll probably need to watch some tutorials to check that) but this is not really about the lens (fish eye), but more about the curvature of the label: You'll probably have to use a mixture of the below
- Camera raw filter as a geometry panel that can help fix things
- Lens corrections will fix the lend deformations
- Adaptative wide angle is generally used to add a deformation, but can be used for the reverse
but more importantly, you'll probably have to use the warp command
If you're doing that for a job with a client, THEY SHOULD give you the illustraor/in design files (sometimes with a die-lines that you'll have to remove
For the similar jobs I had to do, it's what have been supplied to me
(I had to modify the labels in Illustrator to only retain the information that was useful to me)
(and in that case I also had to match the colour of the label to the colour of the paint (the orange colour is a place holder - but that's another story)
