Simply copy the text, place the copy layer behind the original, with the move tool, place it somewhere you will need it, and then lower its opacity and change its colour (and possibly its blending mode as well: ie: Multiply)
Alternatively, you can use the layer styles
Be sure you leave the size at 0 to have a sharp shadow
