just started using photoshop , mostly for drawing , i was wondering for backgrounds like these , (the floating tapes or the red background for the other guy ) is there any tutorial or anything i could look up?

If you became familiar with photoshop and it's tools you will be able to do this backgrounds easily

Like the red background is just a solid color background with a speed lines effect
