As the title states somethng unexplainable happens whenever i open up an empty project on 420x594 mm with resolution 300 pixel/inch and CMYK colour mode.

Remedies i found online that did jack:

Deleting Temp files

Moving scratch disk to my 560gb disk (instead of my 237gb maindisk lol) photoshop just casually keeps using the C drive.

just very slight signs of annoyance bc everytime you gotta use photoshop it throws a tantrum and invents a new issue.

any help is deeply appreciated. (i also tried chatgpt to help me but it proved to be useless too)

Hi, what is your output method?
If it is a commercial press, CYMK might be warranted, but you should work in RGB and proof preview if you know the exact profile the press would use.
If it is a desktop printer, use an RGB profile. Is it a 16bits/channel file? It would need more room…
