Hi, this isn't much of a photoshop question but I don't know where else to ask it. I was trying to access the Adobe portfolio tool which is said to be offered as part of the Creative cloud. I have access to Adobe tools through my school plan. Why is it that my access is denied?

You'd have to either contact the Plan Administrator at your school to ask about which apps and services are available under your Teams/Enterprise account. You may also be able to contact Adobe Customer Care, give them your account information and they may be able to tell you which services you have access to.
Hi again, I just noticed that my student plan no longer has any of the apps or services that it did yesterday. I have been using adobe tools for over a year and a half with the free plan that is given to NYC students. Where could I find out why this happened?
Also, in response to my previous question, I realized that the student plan did not offer Adobe Portfolio.
Sign in to your Account on https://account.adobe.com and look in there. If you have questions about the plan that you have (or no longer have), you'll have to contact Adobe Customer Care as I said above.
