From foggy night to Pennywise encounter

the lighting on the legs looks to dark and the shadow from his shoes don't feel connected, almost like he’s floating, but the cutout of him is superb and you nailed the lighting/color matching. Beyond the minor things he looks like he was always there, great job

fixed the drop shadow at his foots, didn't do too much to get to this point because the whole thing was an experiment with non-destructive editing
the problem with the shadows not connecting was that i just flipped the subejct vertically and so there was a gap between their foots, i painted it back but it looks better

painting a rim light around the subject could help yet on the overall matching
