#can someone help me find the font used in this video?

I have used every tool in my arsenel to figure out what this font is. i found ones that are similar, but this one continues to elude me. i know this font is in PhotoShop or Premiere Pro somewhere.

I don't know that font specifically (although it rings a bell honestly) however, there is no specific font installed within Photoshop or Premiere (except Myriad, which is Adobe own font for the apps). All adobe apps pick up fonts already installed on your system OR synced with adobe fonts.
