Do you have a cracked image to use on skin? The easiest way is using and image to blend with the skin.

yeah i tried but the breif is to have a tatoo like effect so not enteriely just a realitic craked skin

Using Multiply blending mode

• work with layer Opacity, to see the volume and shape of the body through the tattoo
• Go to filter - Filter gallery and try some of those filters and find the one that makes your tattoo more draw like than an photo. I like the Sketch and Brush Strokes filters for that.
