Hi guys - is it possible to create such a background from scratch using a pen tool or other features on Adobe Photoshop? I want to create something similar but cant seem to do so!

Hello, yes, of course you could create this kind of image in Photoshop, using shape layers, gradient fills and lots of copy pasting and pen tool work, albeit Illustrator is way more suited for that style, as most is core tools revolve around path and Bézier curves.

Wouldn't gradient fills come later after doing shape layers and such? Pen tool work im trying to get used to haha
