But my problem is: I want to change Picture to my own. I did new Layer, and copied mask from other layer to mine. But i dont know how to copy the smart filter and camera raw filter

Guten tag! The idea is to replace content on the smart object. Or you can convert your layer to smart object, then you can alt-drag the smart filter to your new image.

Now the template has Layer8, a blur layer and layer9. This layers are made from template picture. How can i edit them to my picture? I will send u the file, think its better to understand
