Sometimes, just changing the file extention from .psd to .dng can help (or .tiff). Make a duplicate and change the extention on the duplicate OBVIOUSLY!

Still no luck with bridge sadly. I also tried changing the Extension type, with no luck either. Think it may be gone, but thank you for the suggestion tho! I didn't know about the method of opening it in bridge , so ill keep that in mind if something similar happens again
