The realism is so impressive (Esp with the hand)

Thanks. I first generated an oil painting after doing a 15% quick mask on the image. I then lasso'd a shape for the hand and brush and generated that. Same again for the pallette. Then I expanded the canvas to get the look of the canvas outline then expanded the bottom asking for an artist easel.
