Not sure if it a bug but I found that the only way to delete a gen layer, is to hide it, than the trashcan is active.

Hi guys I am on my company's school plan and it seems that Photoshop is not allowing us to use generative fill. I included a screen shot. It works for me on my personal Adobe account. I have the latest version of Photoshop for both accounts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any help would be helpful.
