It says cant connect to server after EXACTLY 15 secs, every time

Can't join servers or create them either. Playing on Windows 10 via Xbox app/Microsoft store. It says "failed network connection". I've had this problem for over 3 years.

It seems to be an individual set up / connection issue as it's all okay on our side, I think it would be worth reaching out to Microsoft support!
