when i send invite to my friend and he join the game his ping is going so bad although his internet is not bad and the same thing happened when he invite me But the room owner has good connect i hope you reply me soon

yeah, online ping can be really bad in hff because of the nature of how it makes multiplayer connections (peer to peer)

the host having a slow computer is a common reason for high ping
