I've been having this problem where on a mouse and keyboard my camera just randomly does a 180 unprompted

cuz this setting can make the camera face left and right randomly

it's at like 1/3 of the way from the left to the right
also when I say it does it randomly I would like you to know that it will do it even if my hand isn't even on my mouse
