Hi all
Platform: Xbox one/series X
Issue: Convertible ride (Ride 50m in a dumpster) not unlocking

My friend has been playing Human Fall Flat for a few years now. We have all been getting achievements together. He is unable to unlock the Convertible Ride achievement. He has tried all the solutions we could find. The four of us were playing and his didn't unlock. Every update that releases he tries to unlock it, but nothing works (including deletes saves and profiles). Are you able to look into this an potentially force an unlock on his account? Strange request but would appreciate it if you could assist.

He has been host, joined other people, tried on xbox and pc and nothing. We all managed to unlock it on the same day, but he was unable. We think that maybe it was supposed to unlock, but maybe there was halt in the server, or some glitch so it didn't unlock. I can give his gamertag via private message if it could be unlocked by the game developers
