Hi!! This is my suggestion to add a Sakura cake roll, I know we already have a lot of Sakura stuff like Sakura tea, Sakura mochi, Sakura grill, etc. And I feel like this would help complete it. It's a light fluffy Korean sponge cake with vanilla sweet cream and fruit, decorated in a pale pink inspired by Sakura/Cherry blossoms! It would be like the matcha Swiss roll, but it would have a flower in the middle shaped like a cherry blossom! Here is a photo attached, and let me know if you have any questions!
