Hello, I have question. Do the minigame hosts build or do they like assign people to build? Also, should you not pick the sub dept "Social Outreach" if you can't build?

minigames hosts are typically the ones building, but co hosts can help them build

i wouldn’t say you shouldn’t pick social outreach if you can’t build, as you can always learn and it ultimately boils down to where you think you’d fit better
