Intresting idea! However, Soybean sprouts aren’t originally Japanese. They’re more commonly associated with Chinese/Korean cuisine, and since the game focuses only on Japanese food, it might not fit the theme

The game already has eclairs, crepes, pancakes, fried rice etc… Some of the foods aren’t even asian sooo i don’t think soybean sprouts would not fit the theme.

I get your point, but I think those items were added because they’re very popular and commonly found in Japan, even if they didn’t originally come from there.

Boba, fried rice, éclairs/cream puffs are all things you actually see a lot in Japan and are considered café or restaurant style foods.

Soybean sprouts, on the other hand, are more of a basic cooking ingredient used across many Asian cuisines, not really a featured or “special” dish. That’s why it doesn’t feel as fitting or distinctive to add compared to the others.

That said, if everyone agrees to add it, I don’t really have a problem with it. There are already many other Asian and even non-Asian foods in the game, so it’s fine either way.
