I thought of the idea to have a "MATCHA" Themed chef benefits because I personally think that matcha is just really popular in general and that with the type of restaurant that Kohau is, a matcha themed chef benefit would go really well with it 😄 For the 2 secret items towards the end I was thinking that we could do a matcha float which would be an iced matcha latte with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, the wafer sticks then matcha powder on top and we could call it "Matcha Cloud". For the 2nd secret item we could do a Matcha Bingsu, a popular Korean shaved iced dessert that will be matcha shaved ice, drizzled condensed milk, red bean topping, matcha ice cream, mochi balls, a little bit of whipped cream and strawberry slices that we could name "Matcha Bliss". Next, We could do a particle of little cups of matcha lattes with little white stars floating around it then for the name tag the colors could be light green and white with matcha lattes also floating around it. Lastly, for the uniform we could do a matcha green colored one with pink in the middle and a big pink bow in the back :).
