The way I remember it working it had you automatically rejoin before the 20 minutes kick got triggered. I believe in the past Owen has said this can get disrupted by internet issues.
But yeah, you're supposed to be able to go completely afk and leave it alone for as long as you want, and it will automatically kick/rejoin you for rewards before Roblox kicks you fully for inactivity.

- (Adding on/Edit) If you have any form of an auto clicker, that will also keep you there without Roblox removing you!

Adding on there should be a timer on the middle of your screen and yes you do get disconnected after 20 mins because of roblox preventing a player for being on a game for a long time
