Hey, for the certified chef gamepass, it says I would get the highest LR rank but than it says it’s just an in-game role and not an actual group rank, what does this mean?

Hi! It's because Certified Hibachi Chef is considerate the same as Senior Hibachi Chef even if you are not directed ranked in the group but you will have the perks that a Senior Hibachi Chef gets in the game!
You will also have access to kitchen... as every chefs.

Yes you will still be ranked to customer that's only something you can see in game but if you want to get ranked to Senior Hibachi Chef in group and having the certified gamepass you can pass a training etc.. but you will just waste your time since you will do it for something you already have (if you buy the certified gamepass)
