Sometimes shifts can be soo hard to get in to especially if you are on a weak device. I once joined a host and i was position 100! A way to fix this is to have 2 hosts always. I know there are shifts sometimes with2 hosts but not all of them do, so if every shift had 2 hosts then the players would be split into 2 servers instead of everyone trying to join one server.
