Add mobilization (cars etc;) for the Delivery NPCs.

This feature would greatly benefit the ease of use, getting a chef faster to their client. Additionally, there could be unlockable skins, upgrades, and even gamepasses for these! You could also spend sushi rolls to get these vehichles, or you could have a gamepass which unlocks them. Feel free to add your suggestions below!
