#Fixing vip customers in npc takeout

So for one I suggest fix them like the reason is like when there's a rush hour and if you are Certified Hibachi Chef , when getting vip customer in takeout like you get 4 points per dish and vip customers gives 2 dishes so when i maked thier order , I get 6 points instead 8 points and the same thing happend when I used a 4x boost and I also have CHC when I maked thier order I get 10 points instead 16 points.
