Even though the Zero Point built itself a new island, I believe it is still not finished. My saying of this is because everytime you get on Spawn Island and see the main island, you can still see those lines when the Zero Point grabbed different fragments from different realities. And if you compare this island to last chapters, and maybe even previous chapters, this island is a bit smaller. And, even though we know that the whole thing is still just the island in space, I think it still needs time to create it's bubble around it. That's my guess with it.
