Customizable chat tabs and "All" chat tab

Ability to create chat tabs with customizable options (e.g. be able to choose what appears in the window). Would also be nice to have a default "All" chat tab that combines Local, Global, and Guild. Ability to resize chat window, change font size, etc.

I feel like I miss questions/conversations between chat tabs because you can only see one chat at a time.
