Block out the kick reason of afk when the player made a keyboard input in the last 2 minutes and the total amount of kick attempts from a single player aswell as reworking it to be temporary rather than a permanent ban especially for afk.

there was never a permanent ban for kicking, because its not a ban vote
plus while the idea seems legit, its not gonna change anything in the end as players who kick randomly will just select a dfferent kick reason

Some of the functions could be checked by the server if an offense was even possible: like the afk one could combated by an automatic server message to confirm youre still playing, the mic abuse to check if the mic was used at all, the hacking to check for unnatural stats like too high of a score back to back by one player etc.

if cheating was that easy to check in-game, then there wouldn't have been dedicated anti cheat software
in case of checking score, you can never be sure that player just didnt get lucky
a cheating ban is something you can never be unsure about, even just a bit
you could literally be banned for just playing with friends for fun (not the way the game's intended to be played) and/or testing the game, this is not what should be happening
