coverage dosent work in conquest mode

when conquest mode is enabled and i turn on any coverage, snow, light snow, heavy snow, it appears while in the editor but when i start the battle it disappears
it also dosent work in king of the hill mode

The snow coverage had various issues for quite some time now. I think it will be replaced with a new solution soon.
