Issues with subscribed items not showing up in object menu.

I'm assuming this has something to do with the updated save formats but certain objects like Flock of Cat's Body Bag workshop item do not show up in the object menu, despite being subscribed to it. This has occurred with several other objects such as Goldberg's Metal Shelf, and Madden's Wide Window Modular Piece.

@wise owl it works for me. My guess is that steam didnt update some workshop items on your computer. Could you please navigate to your steam install directory and then navigate the folders:
steamapps\workshop\content\758990\2860044845
and then share a screenshot of the content

Alright, could you please try to clear the workshop cache in the settings and relaunch the game to see if that works?

Perfect. I spent a bunch of time solving that today. Basically what happens is that steam sometimes updates workshop items with really huge delays or not at all.
So the install cache marked the workshop item as invalid because it wasn't updated by the time you launched the update for the first time.
Anyway, this is now fixed in the development version to prevent that from happening again.
