The Kedr's foldable handle says it allows you to make it stable on your shoulders (and maybe also aim precisely, but I don't remember), but I can't make it work.

Check if you have virtual stock on. Also, I think it's referring to being able to hold your breath. The breath button is the same as the fire select button, but pressed on the hand holding the grip
