Once I turn in the artifact from the recreation center and recieve my rewards, I only recieve an old toothbrush and don't recieve the cleaning oil. Instead, the oil is invisible and it still registers that it is in the tray. Therefore I can't progress in the story. This was said to be fixed in the notes but has not been fixed.
