look up to a window, crouch, grab, pull yourself thru and raise up.
I seel like the crouch/uncrouch should not be necessary, as noone would have to think about those moves. It is a little immersion-breaking to basically "tell" the system that I am not going to crash my head into the frame. (playing standing up, and I tried sitting down too, and it is equally immersion-breaking then)
#Climbing thru a window is not an acrobatic stunt.

Since it's not a single player game it needs to accommodate the "don't go through walls" thing, they are probably gonna automate the process as it's not intuitive that sometime you can enter standing up and sometimes you can't
I don't agree, in real life if you're going to climb through a window you wouldn't do it standing perfectly upright ramrod straight. You would at least bend a bit to put your head through and avoid hitting the top. It's not really hard in game, grab the sill, crouch a bit irl and pull yourself through?
Ye ye, I mean that the first game (at least in 1.0) didn't require you to crouch because you could go thru stuff, in the second meanwhile is online so it would look junky so it should make the process automatic
Well there you couldn't climb through windows just over railings
Ye
If you could climb through a window you would have to crouch to physically fit through the opening
That's for sure
But in itr2 you can't go thru anything
Even the bars in the base
While in itr1 it was kind of upper body over the bar and Lower part thru the bar
Yeah it only really worries about your head
But yeah I don't think it's immersion breaking that you need to crouch to allow your body to fit though a window
Yes crouching is not by any reason immersion breaking
