i keep crasing due to bad pc, so i disconect from coop and now my tide meeter is out of sink

i watched them die to tide while i had 2 days left on my meeter. this has happed twice where they have a tide and i dont. it also visualy afected the level up points untill we leveled and it fixed it. im on quest 2 pcvr i5 6600k 4060 and 32g ram
