I've seen this happening on different UE games before, I think the game is failing to generate the saves/settings files in your Windows Documents folder. Can you check your Documents/My Games folder and see if IntoTheRadius2 is there?

You can try and see if creating the IntoTheRadius2 folder there work. If it doesn't then the only quick fix I know is by having someone you trust to lend you their game saves/settings of the game.
Though that quick fix might not fix the game not generating your saves
Note to devs: It's a bug that happens on UE games that doesn't affect everyone and I have no idea what triggers it
Reinstalling/verifying integrity doesn't work but looks like transplanting files from other computers fixes it in some cases, strangely enough.

@ember salmon This can be caused by Windows Defender blocking the games ability to save settings or the game itself. When the game attempts to save, you will get a security notification under Windows Defender. Take action, and whitelist the game, it should work fine after that.
