Description:
When I grasp gymnastic bars in facility, somehow instantly killed and a chest rig and a backpack never equiped.
Steps-to-reproduce: Grasp gymnastic bars in facility and go up and down.
Frequency: Maybe always as easy to reproduce.
VR headset and controllers: Oculus Quest 3
Using Steam VR (for Oculus users): Yes
