After collecting all three artifacts the mission did not complete. Tablet said I had dropped one, even though they were all in my inventory. I removed them, and re-added the one-by-one, no change. Only when returning to facility did it properly detect them.

I had a similar thing happen to me on the first mission. I grabbed the weather detector and put it in my backpack, but as soon as I did, the tablet said I didn't have it. When I grabbed it out of my backpack it registered again.

@scarlet pewter Basically, if you grab the artifact, put it in the backpack and grab the backpack, the mission item will count as lost item. When this happens, try to re-grab item in backpack and just go away from it - the backpack will automatically return to you. We already working on fix for this

This has happened to me for several missions. It was fixed as soon as I picked the object up out of my backpack.
