How to mod without pc/pcvr

Hi I what to know if there is anyway to add mods if you don't have a pc aka just standalone quest2

I can access the files still but if I try using my phone or a laptop it will show 3 files none are paks and if I click on the 1st one o get brought to logs and then saves which have nothing in it and if I try the 2nd it just spammed letters and th file inside it can't be opened. And the 3rd just have text. (For free)

technically it is, if the devs willingly do it

but at this stage, the devs are not willing to do it

if the devs make an Custom Build for the Quest, it can be sideloaded as easily as you can on android
