Mag's in pistols keep disappearing and Items it backpack keep moving positions

I'm only running a hand full of mods including;

Artic clothing (plus artic mag pouches, vests, helmets ect.)
Snow clothes
Winter map mod
Fog distance changer
200% carry weight +sprint mod
PPM-88 Gas mask

and yet every time I load into an area from the home base the mag in my pistol seems to disappear (this happened 3 times, the first time I thought maybe I forgot it, and the second time I thought I may have hit the mag release (which I never do by accident)) so by the third time I know something's up and it's not me. As for Items moving, they seem to reset to the center back of my backpack every so often including artifacts and small ammo containers as well as my gas mask. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

If i had to guess it would be either arctic clothing or snow clothes

Try disabling them and see if the problem persists

I think the 200% carry weight mod is broken
