the Rex will not be feathered, no, as i believe the most up to date scientifically evidence is that the Rex is scaled, and furthermore the perk owner who donated to get the Rex implemented into the game has chosen to have the Rex scaled as well. in addition to this the Rex won't be worked on until post-launch, so which skins it will have are unconfirmed, but the said skins will be available to everyone that owns the game. @silk tusk

Question,how do people make cool concept art if they're on mobile devices? What tools do they use?

I mostly use medibang paint or ibispaint. Depends on if im using phone or my tablet

I prefer medibang as a whole but IOS version is stupid limited so i use ibispaint on there. The kindle compatible version of medibang isnt so limited

I still go back and redo my work on my pc in the end but mobile is good for initial and base ideas. Some folks can do exceedingly well on mobile tho. Hope this helps
