I was not paying attention, and both my rovers are out of enery. When I press the sleep button, it turns yellow. But clicking anywhere else after, it turns it off again. Even when I put one of them on sleep, and go to the next month, no energy is gained.

Hi Dacoto, to get more energy for your rovers you'll need to get them inside the Deep Space Network (DSN - this is the blue area surrounding your base). You can expand this area by building relays from your base or create new DSN area by building a new unit, a beacon. Putting a unit to sleep doesnt fill their energy, it just puts them on standby until you wake them up again
