Fixed will have consistent sensitivity while in distance, the more you move your finger, the more the camera moves, and in speed, the faster you move, the better it will be. The more it will move. So not at all speed because if you are trying to do flick shots, then it will just move too much and not distance because it's hard to master. While fixed is way more consistent, so it's better according to me.
