Its more that, in order for m13 to be more flexible, u need to run 40 round, but 40 round counters how good m13 fire rate is, by taking like 10 ammo to kill a guy and still having 276 ms ttk, which us worse than m4 btw

Basically, m13 has 276 ttk. Which is only passable in the 20-35m range.

Either u run 60 round to lose out on a ton of bullet speed, 5m effective range, and have to constantly fight smgs with an average strafe and bad ttk, which will lead to a lot of lossrs

Or u run 40 round and reload for half the game in order to have passable ttk at range with mid bullet speed, strafe and ads time, and okish bsa

And m13 just becomes completely not competitive unless u constantly beam 6 shots in a row past 30-35m
