New 04 DJI unit x Googles 3 - No Betaflight OSD showing - Help please

Hi all, I am very new to the hobby and have scoured the internet with ever confusing results. I have a new mobula7 04 connected to new Goggles 3 however I am struggling to get the betaflight OSD to show in my googles. I know I have to configure it in Betaflight but can seem to get it to show on the goggle display. Any help would be greatly appreciated and a step by step guide would be even more appreciated. Thanks in advance.
