Hello,

For Christmas, I’m planning to get my first FPV drone and could use some help with the parts list. I’d like to stay in the €400–500 range. I already have chargers and the necessary tools and materials for assembly.

Diatone MAMBA F405 FC 55A ESC

SpeedyBee Mario 5

SpeedyBee Nano 2.4 ELRS

It doesn’t need to be a high-end setup at this stage. I just want to test things out and minimize potential damage if I crash during the first flights.

I’d really appreciate any feedback on whether this selection makes sense, if anything is missing, or if you’d suggest any changes or improvements.

Is there a reason you want a 5inch as a first drone

Why not start with tiny or 3inch for start ?

You will crash lol, everyone does

i would start with a whoop or 3.5" maybe, 5" is large to start with
