so i got a new vtx and i tried flying the drone because i thought everything was good but im only getting like 20 feet of signal. Before with my old vtx i would get way more range. The new vtx is the rush tank ultimate 2 smart audio. Also don’t judge my drone i’m new to this stuff.

Make sure the antenna's connected properly, and that you're not in pit mode on the VTX. The user manual should have a table telling you what the LEDs mean with regards to power and frequency

ya it’s not and the antenna is on fine

That's not what I'm asking about.

#

On the VTX itself, what power level does it say it's at?

i’ll check one sec

If the VTX isn't set up properly in Betaflight, those VTX settings won't be accurate to what it's actually doing

Tried what? What does the VTX say the power level's at? The LEDs themselves, not Betaflight
