Meteor65 Pro DJI 04 lite having arming issues. Receiver is bound to drone and showing on beta flight . But noting happens when I try to arm

Nothing at all it like there should be something else to do. L tried raising and lowering throttle . Both inputs in then down and nothing

Ok it arms but just revs up no lift at all then shuts down
